Streaming Reporting

Streaming reports are found online at http://lux.llnw.com/  You can access monthly, weekly and daily information and set up recurring email reports. Contact us for your log in information.

KEY:

  • Max Concurrent Listeners: Maximum number of people listening to your stream at the same time during one month. This number is used for billing.
  • Requests for Stream: Number of times the stream is requested. If you request the stream three times in one hour, that equals 3 requests. NOTE: Since it is quite difficult to filter out incomplete requests, this number tends to be a little higher than actual.
  • Seconds: The number of seconds it takes for the content to reach the listener.
  • MB (megabytes) streamed in an hour: At 20 kpbs (kilobits) per second (our current streaming rate), you stream about 9 (8.78 MB to be more exact) megabytes per hour.
  • Unique Users: A unique user is determined by calculating the end users' Player IDs. If the ID is not available, IP address is used as a secondary measure to calculate uniqueness.
Monthly Summary:
  • To access your monthly summary, click ‘Reports’ at the top.
  • In the left column, you'll see a link for 'Auxilliary'.
  • Mouse over this link, and then click 'Monthly Summary'.
  • Then, in the middle section click ‘History’ link. This shows a report similar to what we previously provided.
